The train is the star. Attleboro sits on the MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line, with stations downtown and in South Attleboro. You ride into Back Bay and South Station in about an hour, often less on express trains. Check the current schedule and fares before you commit, since they change from time to time.

Driving gives you freedom. I‑95, I‑295, and Route 1 connect you to Boston, Providence, and the South Shore. Traffic into the city at peak hours can test your patience, so many locals drive to the station and ride the rest of the way.

Your money goes further. You usually get more space, more yard, and more home for your budget than you would in Boston. Just plan for the full picture: property taxes, heating costs on a larger home, a monthly train pass, station parking, and car expenses. When you add it all up, most buyers still come out ahead and love the extra room.

Your schedule is full. Driving down from Boston for every showing isn’t realistic. You don’t have to.
